A much-loved buddy from Texas
donated the Yellow Rose of Texas

Vekkie multiplied the rose, and added Gertrude Stein's A Rose Is A Rose, to carry in her mouth. She says, "A Rose Is A Rose; A Unit is a Unit."

She is talking about units of insulin, which can be very confusing, but she goes into detail on her Diabetic Playground.

Vekkie isn't really all that vain, but she does like this picture of herself.
